Pharaon ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered nursing education platform that provides adaptive tutoring, NCLEX-style quizzing, progress tracking, and related educational tools ("the Service"). The Service is operated and maintained by the Pharaon team.

Pharaon is an educational tool intended to supplement — not replace — formal nursing education, clinical training, or the advice of licensed healthcare professionals. We do not guarantee any specific academic or professional outcome, including passing the NCLEX examination.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pharaon. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who provide false information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to extend free trials or circumvent billing is prohibited.

Pharaon offers the following paid plans:

• Monthly Plan — $9.99/month, billed monthly, with a 7-day free trial
• Annual Plan — $79.00/year, billed annually, with a 7-day free trial
• NCLEX Sprint — $29.99 one-time payment, providing 60 days of access

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Free trials are available to new subscribers only. If you cancel during your trial period, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will convert and your payment method will be charged.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to the Service until that date.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused time on a subscription, or the NCLEX Sprint one-time payment except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge.

Pharaon offers a referral program that provides billing discounts to eligible subscribers who refer new users. Referral discounts are applied automatically to your Stripe subscription when a referred user converts to a paying subscriber.

Referral discounts are subject to caps as described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Abuse of the referral program — including self-referrals or fraudulent signups — will result in account termination.

You agree to use Pharaon only for lawful educational purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to generate, distribute, or publish content that is false, misleading, or harmful
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or training data
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account access to others
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent billing or access controls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Pharaon uses large language models to generate educational content, quiz questions, explanations, and feedback. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You should verify clinical information against authoritative sources before applying it in professional or academic contexts.

Pharaon is not a substitute for professional medical advice, clinical judgment, or formal nursing education. Always consult qualified instructors, textbooks, and clinical guidelines for decisions that affect patient care.

Pharaon and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your submitted content (including chat messages and feedback) to improve the Service. We will not sell your content to third parties.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific educational outcome will result from use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pharaon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or failure to pass any examination.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Virginia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
